Our group of friends had an amazing time on our cruise in the beautiful bay. We loved being on the boat, taking in the stunning scenery, and even enjoying some activities in between. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the food was delicious, especially the breakfast with the grilled tomatoes and beans. the rooms were cozy and clean, and we were grateful for the shuttle to and from our Hanoi hotel.
One minor issue we encountered was that some of the foods in the restaurant weren't always available.

We had a wonderful time on our cruise in this place. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The ship had a simple but authentic style, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the presents in our suite. The location of this hotel was perfect, with easy access to the cave and a convenient return back to port.
We recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was friendly and the food was good. The scenery was also quite beautiful.
The boat was overcrowded and it was hard to relax. , the itinerary was not clear and some parts were rushed.

The breathtaking scenery was the highlight of our two, night trip. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and the food was well, prepared. the itinerary was well, planned, with plenty of opportunities to explore the stunning surroundings. We also appreciated the friendly and attentive staff.
Drinks on board were expensive, and we were disappointed that swimming was only allowed in one small beach area. Excursions were also quite crowded and could have been more organized to allow.

Our stay in this cruise had some great aspects. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were approachable and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel had excellent transportation options. We loved the location on the shore as it provided easy access to the market in the city.
Can't fault anything about it.
